The following services are offered by CCS Hospice in order to provide proper care and support to all patients, family members, and significant others.
- We offer the equipment and medical supplies necessary to assist the health care needs of the patient
- We help alleviate pain through administering pain control medications as prescribed by the patient’s doctor
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week health care service given by our professional health care staff
- We offer Medicare full coverage
- Coordination of hospice care
